In partnership with our sister company Versco, we have been working alongside Managing Area Contractors specialising in the maintenance, repair and upgrade of existing VRS assets. Such assets include steel or aluminium bridge parapets, design and constructed to BS:6779, which can be upgraded to facilitate connection to new C.E. marked products, maintained to extend serviceable life, or like-for-like repairs undertaken. Pass + Co UK Ltd are a UK-based supplier of services associated with Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS). We specialise in site-based services and have our own range of C.E. marked VRS systems, from N2 (normal) containment through to H4a (very high) containment.
We maintain quality management systems in accordance with Highways Sector Scheme's 2B, for the design, installation and repair of safety barrier systems, 5B for the design, installation and repair of bridge parapet systems and Sector Scheme 2A for the design, installation and repair of fences for Infrastructure works.
We have a supply chain partnership agreement with A-One+, the incumbents in MAC areas 7 and 12, undertaking safety barrier and bridge parapet installation/repair schemes on the Highways England network.
Pass & co UK Ltd was established in 2012 to serve the VRS contracting needs of the UK market. We have direct links to both Pass & Co in Europe and VeRSco Ltd who provide pioneering VRS manufacture and restoration services, co-located at our South Yorkshire facility.

Our sister company Versco Ltd. have pioneered a CE Marked VRS renovation initiative approved and commended by the Highways Agency as a sustainable method of protected the nations roads. Versco also offer us the ability to design and fabricate bespoke or special items allowing us to circumvent any on-site topographic or contractual restriction to ensure a safe, compliant and timely installation in all circumstances.
